This workflow can be adjusted and conformed to use with Confluence. Templates for each section can be created and Confluence tools could be used.

1 - Visual and emotional signatures

Moodreal, reference photos, how should it feel like, visual patterns, color pallette, using lenses, etc.

2 - Script breakdown

Aim is to do the basic script breakdown into shots, just to have the basic idea of number of scenes and shots.

3 - Location list and scouting

The set of locations based on the script. Consolidation might be necessary. Location scouting might be done with help of reference pictures, sunseeker and google earth for visual scouting.  See Location scouting

4 - Diagrams and shotlist

For each scene create an overhead diagram with actors, lighting and camera angles(shots). Template for overhead diagram in Adobe Illustrator can be found VisualStorytelling_Overhead_Symbols_CC.zip. Can be easily drawn here in Gliffy macro in Confluence.

Based on diagrams create simple shotlist. For simple shotlist, this template can be used: VisualStorytelling_Shotlist_Template.doc (can be transformed into Confluence template pagelater,  davidbrazda61@gmail_com) Ideally with time when it s supposed to be shot.
